About the approach
I create musical experiences the way one might shape a ceremony — an opening, a path to follow, a fruit that feels earned. My home is the self-transformational floor: ecstatic dance, breathwork, movement and conscious gatherings, where a room can close its eyes and travel inwards together.
The shape of this comes from my personal Yogic practice that taught me patience, breath, and trust that a long arc rewards those who stay with it. I look for sound that is at once ancient and alive — rhythm to lose ourselves in, and to find yourself in.
My production practice of pieces like Shankari's Dancing Feet come from the same devotion. It reaches back toward where I come from: Dreams of a Forgotten City is built from the ruins of Panam Nagar, an ancient merchant city in Bengal that still lives in the imagination of its descendants.

A return to recognition — longing, pursuit, dissolution, reverence
Culminated at the last full moon of the year of the Snake (2025), A Moth Seeks the Sun in Maya retells the story of seeking the light within while veiled by Maya, the great veiling Mother. Drawn toward distant lights, the moth believes illumination lies elsewhere, only to discover that the radiance it follows already burns within, as brightly as the Sun. The journey resolves not in arrival, but in recognition.
